Step One, If you are interested in my cleaning service please use my contact number and call me in my working hours provided on my page.

Step Two, We then can arrange a time and date that is best for you. If you would like a free quote, that's grate. If you don't wish to have a quote i will need your address, contact number, how many hours of cleaning you wish to have and information on how to access the property.

Step Three, If you have chosen to have a quote then i will arrive at your home on the time and date we have arrange. We then can arrange what tasks you would like me to carry out and how many hours you will need my services for and how many times per week / per month, what ever you desire.

Step Four, Arriving at your home on the date and time set via our earlier telephone conversation. I will Then arrive at your home and carry out all tasks you have asked me to do, to the best of my ability and to a high standard of cleaning. I do not use bleach. I can if you wish me to do so but i do not carry bleach in my cleaning kit.

Step Five, I provide all cleaning equipment shown on my "equipment I use" page my main product i like to use is Star Drops. The only thing i don't have is a mop and a hoover if you could provide these two item that would be fabulous please.  

Step Six, When my job is complete and you are 100% happy with my work. I charge £11.00p per hour on my cleaning service. You can pay me cash in hand or direct debit what ever payment method suites you.
